📋 Description

• Lead assigned Specialty Liaison team across health system clinics
• Coach and develop liaison team, instill Shields culture
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, training, development
• Facilitate communication between liaison teams and clinics
• Meet/exceed site targets for clinic service and patient satisfaction
• Proactively identify and implement improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years supervisory/management
• 5+ years in healthcare/pharmacy with patient/clinician contact
• National Certification as a CPhT (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in outpatient/hospital clinics with physicians and nurses
• Strong MS Office skills, esp Excel and Word
• Ability to manage performance against measurable targets
