Manager of Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Translate revenue projections into deployable cash and grant envelopes.
• Balance donor restrictions with portfolio capacity; surface risks and solutions.
• Build multi-year deploy model for large pitches; identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage cross-functional fund allocation to water projects.
• Monitor cash flow; escalate risks; plan liquidation timing of funds.
• Own tracking, projection, and reporting for operational reserves; inform leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic, analytical, and finance roles.
• Background in finance; cash management and nonprofit restricted funds preferred.
• Elite Google and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar systems.
• AI-enabled workflow improvement experience.
