• Engage stakeholders across commercial, delivery, and GES to map workflows and tech gaps.
• Identify and prioritize automation, integration, and platform utilization improvements.
• Maintain a running backlog of technology enablement for IT planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business ops, systems, or tech enablement bridging business and tech.
• Proven track record identifying inefficiencies and delivering tech-enabled solutions.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting firm.
• Fluency in at least two domains (Finance, HR/People, Operations, Sales, etc).
• Knowledge of integration concepts, automation tools, and core business platforms (HRIS/ERP/CRM).
• Proactive with strong English communication across exec, business, and tech audiences.
