📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and efficient hiring outcomes.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters while fostering a collaborative
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, campus
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role expectations, and
• Ensure a seamless candidate journey from initial engagement through onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial
• Proven experience managing recruitment within a BPO, call center, or high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong understanding of large-scale recruitment processes and retention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
