Manager of UX Research

📋 Description

• Plan and conduct qualitative research, including customer interviews, field studies, usability
• Design and execute quantitative research initiatives, including surveys, experiments, and
• Combine research findings with product analytics from tools such as FullStory, Pendo, and Amplitude
• Manage and mentor a UX researcher, supporting professional development, research quality, and
• Introduce and scale AI-enabled research workflows for synthesis and analysis, incorporating
• Own the UX measurement framework and reporting processes, tracking indicators such as Customer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in UX or design research, including at least 3 years managing people.
• Experience leading or managing a research team of approximately 1–5 people.
• A portfolio of case studies demonstrating qualitative and quantitative research methods and the
• Experience working within an enterprise SaaS organization, ideally supporting complex, data-rich
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize research practices and embed user-centered thinking across
• Experience defining, measuring, and reporting UX metrics such as CES, CSAT, System Usability Scale
