Manager of Wholesale Operations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end retail launches for Costco, Target, Walmart.
• Define execution strategy and mentor wholesale ops team.
• Manage key accounts and daily operational tasks.
• Ensure retailer guidelines compliance and OTIF delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
• Oversee POP displays, endcaps, and packaging specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in Wholesale/Retail Ops, Supply Chain, or KAM in CPG.
• Direct hands-on launches with Costco, Target, Walmart.
• Textile manufacturing experience preferred (bedding, home goods).
• Deep knowledge of retailer portals and EDI integrations.
• Player-coach leadership style, able to delegate and analyze data.
• Strong org skills, detail orientation, data analysis (ERP, Excel).
