📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end retail launches for Costco, Target, and Walmart.
• Manage onboarding to on-shelf placement post-sale.
• Bridge manufacturing with retail teams for successful launches.
• Ensure retailer guidelines compliance and maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate POP displays, endcaps, and packaging specs per retailer.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks, inventory discrepancies, or delays.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in wholesale/retail ops, supply chain, or key account mgmt in CPG.
• Direct, hands-on experience launching products with Costco, Target, Walmart.
• Textile manufacturing/home goods knowledge preferred.
• Deep understanding of major retailer vendor portals and EDI.
• Player-coach leadership; capable of delegating and data reporting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
