Manager, Offensive Security

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team spanning red team, application security, and vulnerability management.
• Define roadmap, OKRs, and priorities aligned with security and engineering strategy.
• Role based in Warsaw with office-centric hybrid schedule.
• Plan red team operations, adversary simulations, and cloud security reviews.
• Oversee bug bounty and vulnerability management across software and infrastructure.
• Implement secure SDLC controls and security architecture reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in offensive security or app security with hands-on red team.
• 3+ years managing and mentoring offensive or app security engineers while hands-on.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end security assessments and vuln mgmt at scale.
• Deep expertise in modern web app security (OWASP Top 10+) and cloud security.
• Ability to read Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, and C/C++ to spot security issues.
• Strong knowledge of CVEs, CWEs, CVSS; red team tooling, SAST/DAST.
