📋 Description

• Lead a team of individual contributors, mentoring and growing talent.
• Develop strategy for Onboard Behavior ML models and driving plans.
• Set short and long-term technical direction for the team.
• Guide design and deployment of training models at scale.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation to ensure staffing and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in RL and ML for Planning, LLMs, VLAs/VLMs, or recommendation systems.
• Extensive programming and algorithm design experience with strong math skills.
• MS or PhD in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in production ML pipelines; at least 3 years in leadership.
• Bonus: Publications in ML or robotics venues.
• Bonus: Experience with autonomous vehicles, diffusion models, large-scale training.
