Manager, Oncology Provider Experience

📋 Description

• Design and lead the White Glove Provider Program for oncology providers.
• Architect onboarding with standardized emails, cadences, and triggers.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 CSMs for high-touch provider engagement.
• Build reporting dashboards using Snowflake and PowerBI for KPIs and provider health.
• Define the Success Framework and frictionless onboarding benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced Healthcare/Bio-Tech preferred.
• 7+ years experience, with at least 2 years in leadership within CS or Sales Ops.
• CRM and data tools mastery; automations and reporting in Snowflake/PowerBI.
• Oncology/Molecular Diagnostics background desired; familiarity with clinical lab workflows.
• Proven in creating programs, templates, and processes from scratch in fast-paced settings.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, Medical Affairs, and IT.
