📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of eMerchandisers, ensuring high-quality execution, adherence to
• Oversee product catalog management, site navigation, on-site search, content publishing, sorting
• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for merchandising configurations
• Coordinate website content updates and promotions, ensuring accurate configuration, thorough
• Maximize the use of platform capabilities, including search tools, sorting rules, A/B testing, and
• Establish and refine merchandising best practices, operational procedures, documentation, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing e-commerce merchandising teams.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and tools, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Proven ability to deliver e-commerce enhancements through cross-functional technology projects
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and collaborating with product
• Practical experience with quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution
