Manager Operațiuni Vânzări (limba italiană)

📋 Description

• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding sales-related questions and other requests
• Support the Business Development function within the organization
• Provide administrative and technical support for contract management, client service, and order
• Register and transmit contracts, and provide relevant information to key stakeholders
• Manage the process of shipping goods to clients, in collaboration with logistics and production
• Perform other administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations activity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with clients and managing sales-related documentation
• Experience working with ERP systems (experience with 1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Advanced knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages
• Higher education, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration
