📋 Description

• Lead facilities operations, power generation, cooling, and electrical systems for AI compute
• Direct fiber teams for high-speed networks supporting AI clusters and data center interconnects.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime with strong reliability metrics and continuous improvement.
• Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance, incident response, and efficiency programs.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary ops teams across facilities, power, and fiber.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement, and AI hardware teams on builds/expansions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center/facilities/power operations with at least 2+ years in a management role.
• Proven leadership of large-scale operations for high-density compute with on-site power generation.
• Strong experience with fiber optic networks and high-bandwidth connectivity.
• Deep knowledge of power generation systems, MEP, BMS/SCADA, liquid cooling, and 24/7 ops.
• Track record of high reliability, rapid incident resolution, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency with CMMS, monitoring platforms, and data-driven decision making. Bachelor’s or
