📋 Description

Own NPI supply chain readiness for prototype through production builds.
Lead Procurement Ready and Build Ready assessments by subassembly.
Drive AVL governance, supplier qualification, and alternate sources.
Own supply chain risk register and mitigation plans for critical parts.
Own configuration control processes for part numbering and BOM structures.
Lead operations engineering team and drive cross-functional improvements.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in operations engineering, NPI supply chain, or supplier development.
2+ years direct people management experience.
Experience with BOM management, AVL governance, and configuration control.
Working knowledge of electromechanical commodities (motors, PCBAs, sensors).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
