🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration
• At least 5 years of progressive experience leading complex business initiatives, operational
• Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including workflow redesign
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, business process management, and organizational
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
