Manager, Order Management

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day order processing from contract review and order entry through invoicing, setting
• Manage, coach, and develop designated offshore KMC employees and one Senior Order Management
• Own team quality by establishing review standards, monitoring error and backlog trends, and turning
• Lead Order Management UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases —
• Lead Order Management support for month-end and quarter-end close, including backlog and escalation
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Revenue Transformation, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Biz Sys, Billing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue
• Demonstrated leadership through people coaching, team coordination, quality ownership, or
• Deep understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing, revenue, collections
• Experience leading UAT or system-change readiness, including test planning, cross-functional
• Strong people leadership, operational judgment, and communication skills, with a track record of
