📋 Description

• Lead a consultative, end-to-end sales process with employer benefits leaders and HR decision-makers
• Build and actively manage a pipeline of new employer prospects
• Prioritize opportunities across health plan programs, nurture existing prospects, and develop
• Independently lead calls and meetings with employer stakeholders and external partners
• Manage commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and drive qualified opportunities through to close

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in new-business sales combined with post-sale account growth, client
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, close new business, grow existing accounts
• Comfortable working within established processes while proactively identifying gaps and
• Confident leading external meetings independently with senior stakeholders
• Proven experience improving or scaling an existing sales or account-management motion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the partnership
