Manager, Payer Integration

📋 Description

• Manage team of Payer Integration Managers, with primary role to get health plan integrations across
• Act as cross-functional Subject-Matter expert related to the Health Plan Integration (HPI) product
• Support partnerships related to HPI work including business development, product design and
• Participate in Sales conversations as needed to help support and qualify the product’s
• Provide consultation related to payer integration and billing to support future Lyra products and
• Work closely with Billing, Marketing, Product, Health Plan/Health system and Customer Support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment
• College degree or years of applicable manager experience
• Experience in employer-sponsored health benefits space and preferably experience working with or
• Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
• Excellent listening and communication skills - both oral and written with an emphasis on gaining
• Ability to solve problems in a highly collaborative manager
