Manager, Payroll, HRIS/HCM

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll, HRIS, and HCM ecosystem.
• Hands-on payroll and HR technology in-house.
• Internal expert on client HR tech stack (HiBob, Lattice).
• Keep platforms configured, integrated, compliant, and optimized as we scale.
• Lead configuration changes, new module rollouts, and system upgrades.
• Build and maintain automated HR workflows to reduce manual admin.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years running payroll and HRIS/HCM systems.
• HR Generalist or HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Client-facing experience in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Hands-on admin of core HRIS (HiBob) and a performance platform (Lattice).
• HRIS and/or performance platform certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, tax, and wage/hour.
