📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a squad of People Data Scientists, engineers, and UX designers.
• Bridge HR-speak and Dev-speak; ensure engineers understand intent.
• Move beyond descriptive metrics to predictive insights on attrition risk.
• Data stewardship and storytelling; GDPR/privacy compliant; single source of truth.
• Leverage high-tech solutions to enable more high-touch human work.
• Travel 2-4 times/year for company events up to two weeks.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in data science, math, or engineering.
• Strong coding in Python, R, JavaScript; visualization with Superset/Tableau.
• Ability to translate business questions into research objectives.
• Ability to select methodologies to run research and analyze findings.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams with well-planned roadmaps.
• Willingness to challenge status quo and stay resilient.
