๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own and manage full employee lifecycle across APAC & EMEA.
  • Be the go-to person for employees in both regions.
  • Ensure processes are compliant, consistent, and scalable.
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate and implement HR systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and accurate HR reporting across platforms.
  • Design and maintain globally aligned, locally compliant policies.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years HR/People experience, with 3+ years regional/multi-country.
  • Experience building or scaling people functions in startup/high-growth tech.
  • Deep knowledge of HR operations, compliance and employment law across APAC; EMEA a plus.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience (Workday, Namely, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling, Lattice) with implementation and scale.
  • Strong track record designing and implementing HR policies and processes from scratch.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management to influence at all levels.
