• Lead and mentor a 2-3 person Poland People Ops team.
• Ensure Polish labor law compliance, GDPR, and leave management.
• Translate global strategy into local operational plans.
• Run day-to-day Polish People Ops with minimal oversight.
• Optimize HR tech: Rippling; leverage Greenhouse AI features.
• Partner with US HRBP, providing local context and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• English and Polish fluency (written and spoken)
• 7+ years in People Ops; 3+ years leading a team.
• Deep knowledge of Polish labor laws, GDPR, and benefits.
• Hands-on with Rippling and Greenhouse; HRIS management.
• AI/Automation mindset; Gemini and Claude experience.
• Consultative communicator; manage international stakeholders.
