Manager, People (People Transition Services)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end preboarding for full-time and contractor hires
• Manage transitions including terminations and transfers
• Drive process improvements across communications, reporting, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience may count
• Experience in people operations, onboarding, or lifecycle processes in high-volume settings
• 2–3 years managing end-to-end preboarding/onboarding with compliance focus
• Experience supporting both full-time and contractor hiring; docs/workflow
• Experience handling terminations, transfers, or the lifecycle transactions
• Strong people leadership with coaching and service excellence
