Manager, Performance Intelligence

📋 Description

• Drive marketplace performance intelligence and analytics, including defining KPIs and governance
• Lead cross-functional strategic analysis, using SQL and BI to investigate performance
• Own the analytics roadmap and governance, including prioritization and capacity allocation
• Drive performance improvement initiatives, translating insights into measurable business actions
• Lead and coach analytics talent and cross-disciplinary teams
• Strengthen data access, quality, and documentation across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial analytics, business performance, eCommerce, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in quantitative or business field
• Experience in rewards, recognition, loyalty, or marketplace environments an asset
• Leadership experience in managing analyst teams and performance
• Strong SQL and BI skills, with ability to interrogate large data sets
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Amplitude, R, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform
