Manager, PLG & Agent-led Growth

📋 Description

• Own agent-led growth end to end: agent preference (agents know, trust, and pick SingleStore) and
• Own answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy so ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity name and
• Drive AI-assisted onboarding with product to ensure users have the option
• Write PRDs and work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Docs on the work that makes us
• Improve the journey from web to sign up to self-serve revenue
• Run product-led sales with our SEs and Sales team: use trial and on-demand usage signals to start

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or product marketing, growth, or technical growth roles, with at
• Hands-on with AI agents and coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP. You build prototypes
• A track record of shipping onboarding, acquisition, or monetization experiments with measurable
• Proficient with AI tooling
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and product analytics tools like Mixpanel
• Able to write clearly and lead R&D
