Produce client-ready deliverables (plans, briefs, market assessments, financial models).
Present findings to clients and facilitate workshops with provider leadership.
Ramp quickly onto new engagements with structure and ownership from day one.

🎯 Requirements

3 to 7 years in management/strategy consulting or government healthcare programs.
Healthcare expertise with Medicare/Medicare Advantage, value-based care, PACE, or LTSS.
Structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis with clear written/visuals.
Market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; data-driven with insights.
Bachelor's degree required.
