📋 Description

• Lead the country's PMO: intake, demand prioritization, governance.
• Oversee portfolio for ops optimization and digital migration.
• Evaluate requests for feasibility, ROI, capacity, and risk.
• Establish PMO standards, milestones, risk frameworks, and accountability.
• Oversee capacity across in-house and BPO teams; monitor OKR impact.
• Mentor the Intake Lead and align with Planning & Insight.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years PM/Portfolio Mgmt in contact center ops.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 3+ years with core contact center metrics (SLA, cost, quality).
• Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership.
• Experience establishing intake frameworks and PMO governance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
