📋 Description

• Lead MDE team; own headcount planning, hiring, and career development.
• Own Capex & capacity lifecycle: plan budget and execution.
• Lead equipment design specs and RFQ from concept to FAT/SAT and ramp.
• Partner with equipment integrators and suppliers regionally and globally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• 2+ years leading a technical engineering team.
• 5+ years in highly automated, high-volume manufacturing (EV/Aerospace/semiconductor).
• Budgeting, forecasting, Capex; OEE, yield, line balancing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, Ishikawa; SPC/GD&T.
• High ownership mindset; able to explain tech to executives.
