📋 Description

• Oversee pre-billing and intake revenue cycle functions for home health.
• Ensure accurate patient intake, insurance verification, and issue resolution to support timely
• Reduce denials and improve clean claim rates; optimize front-end revenue cycle processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent
• 5+ years of revenue cycle experience; 2–3 years in home health or post-acute care.
• Front-end revenue cycle experience; strong Medicare home health knowledge and PDGM.
• Leadership and team management experience; EMR familiarity (e.g., Homecare Homebase).
• Advanced Microsoft Office and data analysis skills; strong communication and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
