Manager, Pricing & Operations Strategy

📋 Description

• Own, update, and refine cost-to-serve models to ensure pricing accuracy and unit-economic margin
• Support cross-functional teams on deal desk inquiries, retention strategies, capacity insights, and
• Manage monthly and quarterly close activities and regular cadence deliverables.
• Provide support to scale Gia and Contractor lines of business.
• Deliver high-quality analytical support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
