📋 Description

• Oversee Privacy compliance program across jurisdictions, focusing on US.
• Translate regulatory guidance into policies and control standards.
• Govern DSAR, DPIA, consent and data retention governance.
• Advise Product/Engineering on privacy controls and alignment.
• Provide independent oversight of first-line privacy controls.
• Oversee privacy incident/breach response governance with Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in privacy compliance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.
• Experience in second-line governance and oversight.
• Translate regulatory requirements into policies and controls.
• Experience reviewing control design and audits.
• Cross-functional partner with Product, Engineering, Ops.
• Bachelor’s degree; CIPP/CIPM a plus.
