Manager Process Devlopment

📋 Description

• Oversee tech transfers, process improvements for Extractions Lab.
• Direct and manage a team responsible for ops, quality, and projects.
• Set priorities and allocate resources with the Director, Extractions Ops.
• Design documents for Extractions procedures; improve usability and accuracy.
• Coordinate change control and stakeholder interactions across teams.
• Mentor staff; develop goals; ensure HIPAA/PHI training compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D in Molecular Biology or related field, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years in genetic testing or related field.
• Previous management experience required.
• Experience with assay development and/or QC strongly desired.
• CLIA/FDA laboratory support experience strongly desired.
• Regulated environments (GMP/ISO/CLIA/CAP/FDA) experience and SOP development.
