Manager, Procurement & Strategic Partnerships - Chassis Actuators

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing procurement team responsible for end-to-end sourcing, commercial execution, and lifecycle management of Zoox’s chassis control portfolio (suspension, braking, steering).
• Blend people leadership with commercial execution; drive global supplier strategies and contract negotiations.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Quality and Program to hit cost, quality, and production milestones.
• Develop and maintain 3–5 year technology and costing roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Industry Experience: 10+ years in purchasing/procurement in automotive chassis/vehicle dynamics or similar.
• People Leadership: 3+ years leading a team of procurement professionals.
• Technical Acumen: knowledge of chassis product development, vehicle dynamics, and advanced manufacturing processes.
• Data & Analytics: strong data organization, bid leveling, and financial forecasting; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communication & Influence: exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
