Manager, Product - CCaaS

📋 Description

• Build strong client relationships and lead teams in CCaaS solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to meet timelines and budgets
• Establish and manage complex Backlogs across CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9)
• Facilitate scope management and feature prioritization across CCaaS implementations
• Lead technical discussions with engineers on architecture, telephony integrations, and data flows
• Organize journey mapping and workshops with internal and client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development in Product Owner/PM/BA roles
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with CCaaS solutions (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, Google CES)
• Proven track record managing complex software projects across stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen and ability to size solutions within time, scope, budget
• Excellent communicator; skilled in workshops and stakeholder alignment
