Manager, Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead fashion design and product development for Hasbro’s licensed Partner Brands.
• Develop products across role play, youth electronics, plush, fashion dolls, collectibles.
• Translate brand strategy, trends and licensor feedback into development-ready designs.
• Oversee full product lifecycle: line planning, color/material/finish, fabric and trims, fit.
• Define product development strategy to strengthen consumer value and partner growth.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, engineering, sourcing, quality, vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of product design experience required.
• Design leadership with licensed product development experience.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and knowledge of softgoods, color, trims, and manufacturing.
• Manage multiple licensed brands; lead internal/external teams; balance design, cost, timing, and licensor needs.
• On-site model review, sample critique, vendor direction, and factory communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PLM systems, and digital review tools.
