• Leading a team of 5-6 product designers
• Managing day-to-day operations and team coordination
• Assigning design work based on priorities, skills, and availability
• Serving as the main design counterpart for Engineering and Product leads
• Tracking team health and building growth plans for designers
• Resolving blockers and cross-team friction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• 2+ years leading design teams
• Experience in enterprise SaaS
• Strong technical craft in interaction design and user experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Direct people management experience including 1:1s, performance reviews, and growth plans
