Manager, Product Design - Okta Research & Development

📋 Description

• Lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing design team
• Establish and maintain a climate in which your reports can do their best work; cultivating design
• Increase Okta’s UX maturity by helping shape team-wide practices, processes, career development
• Ensure design quality and consistency by reviewing UX deliverables (research, designs, etc.) and
• Thorough understanding of Okta's business strategy and VMTs, influence the product roadmap in
• Proactively identify strategic UX opportunities within your domain area and the product as a whole.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in related field or relevant work experience as a UX designer/manager
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and / or similar design tools.
• Possesses at least a basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
• Your portfolio will show that you've worked on complex and challenging technical projects across
• Must attend in person orientation in the Toronto office on the first Tuesday of employment.
• Must be able to come into the Toronto office 2 days a week.
