🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field, ideally at

• A track record of building programs from 0 to 1 and then scaling them into durable operations
• Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or marketplace and developer
• Strong judgment and execution on prioritization: you can stack-rank competing asks from Product
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to replace manual operational work with tooling and
