📋 Description

• Manage a cohesive, high-functioning team that thrives in trust and inclusion
• Work with Product leadership, SOC, and Engineering to shape the threat ops roadmap
• Provide leadership in security disciplines (offensive security, threat intel, malware analysis)
• Proactively identifies risks, blockers, and gaps; brings solutions to leadership
• Ensure team members understand Huntress’ mission and how their work fits into the bigger picture
• Support the professional development of researchers through coaching and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading cybersecurity teams with diverse skills
• Familiarity with at least one security discipline (offensive security, threat intel)
• Ability to operate independently and be accountable for outcomes
