Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Product Security Analysts
Drive development of threat models and security risk assessments using STRIDE and attack trees
Provide oversight for compliance with FDA cybersecurity guidance and global regulations
Improve and establish security policies, departmental processes, and procedures
Work with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to coordinate activities
Interface with multiple disciplines including software, quality, regulatory, and service

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 8 years as individual contributor and 3 years as people manager in cybersecurity
Deep understanding of cybersecurity attacks, threats, ethical hacking, and system auditing
Strong design and development skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Proven ability to lead and manage technical individual contributors
Experience with medical device security and regulations preferred
