Lead and grow the Product Security Engineering team, incl. Principal/Staff engineers.
Split time between people leadership and hands-on security work on certifications.
Own certification and accreditation initiatives: DISA STIG, SOC 2, ISO 27001.
Drive vulnerability remediation, SAST/DAST tooling, and PSIRT response with the team.
Translate strategy into executable roadmaps; align with Compliance and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years direct cybersecurity or product security experience.
1-2+ years leading a security engineering team.
Experience with compliance certifications (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) and/or DISA STIG.
Comfortable as a working manager balancing leadership and IC work.
SAST/DAST tooling and CI/CD integration experience.
Cloud security experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), on-prem and virtualization.
