Manager, Production Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee daily production operations across shifts to ensure on-schedule, smooth execution.
• Lead daily team operations with clear communication and shared standards.
• Mentor Supervisors, building structure, accountability, and performance standards.
• Oversee Production Assistants with clear role expectations and development.
• Create scalable workflows and SOPs to ensure consistency across productions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and improve end-to-end workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in live broadcast, studio, or technical
• Hands-on experience with multi-camera directing and technical directing in live or recorded
• Proven control room leadership with sound judgment during active productions.
• Strong technical production background and familiarity with live production workflows.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and participating in production discussions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
