Manager, Production (Precision Tube Fabrication)

📋 Description

• Depending on the skillset and technical knowledge of the candidate, the scope of the production
• Back End Area (proof & leak, cleaning, assembly, insulation, rework, bag & tag).
• Manage a staff of supervisors and 80+ employees across multiple shifts toward goals aligned to
• Ensure a strong focus is placed on safety and achieve excellent safety performance with the team.
• Leverage quality metrics to continually improve the output of the team; play a leading role in
• Achieve cost targets by improving labor efficiency, eliminating rework/scrap drivers, and driving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or 4+ years of experience in one or more of the
• 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production role with direct reports.
• Must be able to work long hours and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. unassisted.
