Lead daily operations of high-volume solar cell production lines to ramp up and sustain output.
Own end-to-end metrics: yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost-per-watt.
Build and develop a 24/7 production team across supervisors, technicians, and associates.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to meet world-class quality.
Collaborate with supporting organizations to maximize line uptime and minimize disruptions.
Establish and monitor production KPIs; deliver data-driven reports to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM, or 5+ years leading manufacturing teams.
3+ years in a manufacturing/operations environment.
8+ years driving yield, throughput, and quality in complex manufacturing.
Hands-on solar cell production experience incl. thin-film deposition and gas handling.
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar CI methods.
ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for export authorizations.
