📋 Description

• Deliver NiCE solutions to clients in a consultative role.
• Configure NiCE products per best practices and client needs.
• Manage customer expectations, budgets, and project status.
• Mentor junior staff and lead project teams.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and track time in NiCE systems.
• Ensure timely product installations per contract/SOW.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in CS/IS/EE or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Implementation: tech & analysis; strong client communication.
• Call center KPIs & operations; business analysis.
• Software engineering, programming, integration, or databases.
