📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Implementation Consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and
• Allocate resources across customer projects based on team capacity, skills, utilization, and
• Provide guidance on solution design, system configuration, data analysis, and the translation of
• Oversee customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and
• Ensure consultants effectively advise customers, configure systems, analyze and interpret data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Project Management, including
• Proven experience managing and developing teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong background in system implementation and data analysis, with the ability to understand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop clear, data-driven
