Manager, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and train a 5-8 member professional services team
• Oversee customer implementations across LeaseQuery, Contract & Debt Management
• Travel on-site for client visits, training, and presentations
• Set goals for implementation improvements and lead the team
• Maintain templates and dashboards in Monday.com
• Align with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech on scope

🎯 Requirements

• A 4-year college degree from an approved institution
• 3+ years in customer-facing implementation or professional services (SaaS)
• 1+ years directly managing a team
• Familiarity with accounting, contract management, or debt management software
• Exceptional written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
• Comfortable with regional and national travel
