Collaborate with CS, Engineering, Revenue Ops, and leadership.
Drive product adoption, customer retention, and growth.
Own metrics and drive tooling and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

10–14 years in programming, scripting, or professional services in SaaS/IT.
3–5 years leading technical teams and owning initiatives.
Agile: Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
PowerShell and Bash; Python or other OO languages.
Directory Services: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AzureAD, Okta.
Protocols: LDAP(S), RADIUS, SAML, OIDC, SCIM.
