Manager, Program Design

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional Program Design team.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with business leaders.
• Document and refine business requirements; align processes with technology.
• Manage process flows, requirements docs, and implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership; lead change management.
• Foster an inclusive, distributed team culture across Product, Engineering, Data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or Risk Management.
• 8+ years in insurance, underwriting or product development (commercial insurance preferred).
• Experience in project management and documenting business requirements; strong stakeholder collaboration.
• SQL experience; CPCU designation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams; travel 10-15% annually.
