📋 Description

• Oversee the group’s portfolio; ensure on-track execution.
• Lead and develop PMs; performance management and growth.
• Maintain a high, consistent execution standard across programs.
• Manage R&D tooling and processes; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep programs moving.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
• 4+ years directly managing program managers in global/distributed org.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-product initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or automation tools for program/portfolio management.
• Strong people-management and performance coaching.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
